Wellness Tools for Depression – 21/02/2019

We have come to realise that feeling depressed at some point in life is a common human experience. The good news is that we now know people can return to wellbeing by making positive changes for themselves.
In this workshop we will start by exploring all aspects of depression so you can start to understand your own depression better:
- What it is & what is its purpose
- What happens in our brain and body when we are depressed
- Diagnosing depression
- Causes of depression
We will then spend time learning about a range of self-help tools that are known to help most people recover from depression. You will have an opportunity to try some of these out to see if they make a difference to you.
