Wellness Tools for Anxiety

When we feel overwhelmed by feelings of anxiety, our ability to concentrate and maintain a good level of functioning can be considerably reduced. Sometimes we can feel that we are in danger even when we are safe.
In this workshop we will start by exploring all aspects of anxiety so you can start to understand your own anxiety better:
- What it is & what is its purpose
- What happens in our brain and body when we feel anxious
- Some anxiety diagnoses
- What triggers anxiety
We will then spend time developing coping skills and strategies to reduce your anxiety levels.
