Weekly Wellbeing – CURRENTLY ON HOLD

Space and time for you to experience a variety of ways to support your wellbeing.
Together we will explore resources for our MindBody, helping to relieve discomfort, pain, unease and supporting our immune system.
In the sessions we will use a mixture of gentle movement and stillness with yoga, tai chi, deep relaxation and mindfulness – simple techniques for you to take away with you for your health and wellbeing.
Every Monday (starting from 7th September 2020)

For your own comfort please bring your own mat, blanket or pillow if you wish.
