In this 40 minute live online session Lucy offers a simple understanding of how anxiety is linked to our autonomic nervous system being out of balance (this is the bit of our nervous system that keeps us alive without us having to think about it). Lucy will also share 3 easy to use self-help tools that can help shift anxiety.
