Minding the Body, Mending the Mind

An invitation to attend a 4 week basic course to explore a simple, effective, therapeutic health and wellbeing resource for your Mind and Body.
Energy (Chi/Qi) is in all of us and the world around us and what gives us life. These workshops will provide an opportunity to learn some basic theory around Chi Kung (also known as Qigong), giving you simple techniques you can use to support yourself, change and move your own energy. Each session will end with a deep relaxation, giving you space to process what you have done in the workshop.
Often we have the intention to do the things we have learnt at home but “other things get in the way”. This is an opportunity to practice together in a small group, supporting ourselves and each other in our mental health and wellbeing.

If you can attend all four sessions, it is advisable but if you can only make some of the sessions, please state on your application form which dates you wish to attend.
