Do you find yourself focusing on the difficult and negative aspects of your life? Do you lie awake at night going over all the things that went wrong in your day? Do you find it hard to notice and appreciate the positive and good things that have happened? Chances are you do and you are not alone!
Our brains are actually hardwired to pay more attention to the negative things that happen. It’s not our fault!
This workshop will explore the basic science behind the “Negativity Bias’ and look at some simple techniques we can practice and learn to re address the balance and learn to more appreciate and absorb the good things in our life.
