Also known as Qigong but one is easier than the other to pronounce! A lot of us have now heard of Tai Chi but not so many of us have heard of Chi Kung. They are very similar.
This workshop is an invitation to come along and experience the lesser known Chi Kung (Qigong). If you have experienced Tai Chi, you will enjoy this and if you haven’t, here is an opportunity to see what it is all about.
To have health and wellbeing, the energy, (Chi/Qi/Ki), in our body needs to be able to flow and move freely. If it isn’t, stagnation occurs and we experience illness, pain and suffering in the MindBody. Chi Kung/Qigong is a way of working with our energy, to create free flowing movement throughout the mind and body.
This workshop is suitable for all abilities and levels of mobility. If unsure, please ask.
