Give Yourself a Break – Nurturing compassion and kindness towards yourself
Delivered by Terry McCoy
Recent research seems to indicate that developing kindness and compassion to yourself and others can help support mental and physical wellbeing.
On this one day course you will be introduced to a range of practical exercises and visualisation techniques to help you:
Let go of fear and anger
Build a sense of self-esteem independent of outside influences
Increase our emotional resilience
Create a new feeling of self-confidence.
This is an interactive workshop with plenty of opportunities to practice and explore what kindness and compassion mean to you, and how you can apply them to your life.
