Ken Henshaw Artist
Ken is currently Resident Artist and Volunteer Art Coordinator for Wirral Mind where he instigated the Fountain Art Group who are dedicated to meeting once a week. Ken also presents workshops for Learning and Life courses at The Fountain Project.
Born in Toxteth Liverpool Ken studied at Wirral Metropolitan College, Sunderland Univertisy and the Latvian Academy of Art, Riga, Latvia. He also specialises in painting and drawing, Public Art – Mural Design and Sgraffito.
Ken has exhibited widley over many years in various parts of the North West and UK. He has also been involved in all manner of Community Art Projects on Merseyside and Newcastle. He was founder and curator of ArtspeQ Gallery in Liverpool enabling established artists and students display their work, sometimes for the first time.
